Hotelboost Ticino

Hotelboost was born from the initiative of the consulting team of SHS - Swiss Hospitality Solutions, which for years has been working in Ticino together with several partners as a reference point for hotels and tourist facilities. What makes this project innovative is the collaboration of so many experts and partners from Ticino to make a 360-degree contribution to push accommodations to immediate recovery.

The recovery program is aimed at supporting Ticino's hoteliers to remain operational, through financing activities, repositioning, marketing concepts and the optimization of digital processes. On the one hand, it aims to optimize hotels' performance in the short term, helping them overcome the post-Coronavirus crisis, and on the other hand, to create added value to remain competitive in the long term.

The philosophy of the collaboration is reflected in the claim: "CHANGE now - Earn LATER."

Coaching HotellerieSuisse by SECO

HotellerieSuisse, with the support of SECO, has launched a coaching program for the hotel industry to prepare companies for the future.

The coaching program is specifically designed for small and medium-sized (10-60 rooms) lodging establishments in which management is deeply involved in day-to-day operational activities.
This program was developed with the support of the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and has as its primary objective to guide hoteliers in future strategic decisions.
Indeed, it is crucial to address contemporary challenges such as digitization and constantly changing customer needs through a thoughtful strategic assessment of one's business.

The cost of the coaching is fully covered up to a value of CHF 6,600.

DEADLINE

  • Enrollment in the program is possible until January 31, 2024

  • Coaching must be completed by March 31, 2024.

SHS for more than 10 years has been Switzerland's leading consulting firm specializing in Revenue Management, Digital Marketing and technology for the hotel, restaurant and destination industry.

As SHS consultants, active in Ticino, Graubünden and Italy since 2012, we have carried out more than 150 projects. More than 350 people have participated in trainings from the affiliated SHS Academy, the continuing education institute of the Swiss hospitality industry.
