Our training projects are made possible through collaboration with relevant partners such as: HotellerieSuisse, Ticino Turismo, SUPSI, the Republic and Canton of Ticino, Ascona-Locarno Turismo and HGU (Hotel & Gastro Union).

Hybrid hotel continuing education subsidized in part by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Hotel and Restaurant Industry (CCNL).

During the continuing education course lasting a total of 16 days, participants learn how to position and sell an accommodation facility and its services online, with the goal of increasing revenue in the long run. Half of the training sessions are held in-person at prestigious selected locations throughout Ticino. The remaining classes are held online.

Next Generation Hospitality, this is the name of the innovative training promoted by Ticino Turismo with the support of the Economic Development Office of the DFE, in partnership with SUPSI and SHS Academy.

Following the successful example of futour.net (2012-2015) and the Pop-up Academy Ticino (2019-2021), Next Generation Hospitality presents a unique cycle of studies where you will have the opportunity to take advantage of integrated training in a university of applied sciences system.

TECH FORUM

During the second day of Hospitality Summit 2025, the "Tech Forum," a proven format that enriches the program with innovative content related to technology in the hospitality industry, will again be held. In a context of strong structural changes, technology is playing an increasingly central role, especially in distribution and e-commerce, with OTAs strengthening their position.

The Tech Forum offers startups, investors and executives an opportunity to engage with industry experts, explore new digital solutions and discuss key trends and opportunities in technology transformation.

Moderation will be provided by Gianluca Marongiu, managing partner of SHS Academy.

SWISS INNOVATION DAY

The Swiss Innovation Day, now in its 8th year, is the most important event at the Swiss level on topics related to innovation in tourism.

The conference, which has a limited number of attendees (max. 300), is aimed at industry experts and managers working in the hospitality industry.

First-rate speakers and innovative business partners meet at the event for input, networking and exchange on hotel innovation topics and technologies.
