Hybrid hotel continuing education subsidized in part by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Hotel and Restaurant Industry (CCNL).
During the continuing education course lasting a total of 16 days, participants learn how to position and sell an accommodation facility and its services online, with the goal of increasing revenue in the long run. Half of the training sessions are held in-person at prestigious selected locations throughout Ticino. The remaining classes are held online.

Next Generation Hospitality, this is the name of the innovative training promoted by Ticino Turismo with the support of the Economic Development Office of the DFE, in partnership with SUPSI and SHS Academy.
Following the successful example of futour.net (2012-2015) and the Pop-up Academy Ticino (2019-2021), Next Generation Hospitality presents a unique cycle of studies where you will have the opportunity to take advantage of integrated training in a university of applied sciences system.
HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY UPDATE
The Hospitality Industry Update, a biennial event organized by Next Level Hospitality, has established itself over the past two years as the benchmark conference for the tourism industry in Canton Ticino, Switzerland. Past editions have been attended by more than 70 hospitality professionals, particularly general managers and hotel owners. The format includes an analysis of tourism data from the Canton of Ticino broken down by regions and hotel categories (3, 4 and 5 stars), a keynote speech, a trend panel with prominent guests from Switzerland and abroad, as well as a networking moment with aperitif. The event is held with the support of institutional partners such as Ticino Turismo, HotellerieSuisse Ticino, SHS Academy and Hotel & Gastro Union.

TECH FORUM

During the second day of Hospitality Summit 2025, the "Tech Forum," a proven format that enriches the program with innovative content related to technology in the hospitality industry, will again be held. In a context of strong structural changes, technology is playing an increasingly central role, especially in distribution and e-commerce, with OTAs strengthening their position.
The Tech Forum offers startups, investors and executives an opportunity to engage with industry experts, explore new digital solutions and discuss key trends and opportunities in technology transformation.
Moderation will be provided by Gianluca Marongiu, managing partner of SHS Academy.
