Positioning and Concept Studies

Conca Bella Boutique Hotel & Wine Experience

From the earliest stages of analysis, we led the transformation of the Conca Bella in Vacallo into the first Wine Hotel in Ticino.
Taking advantage of the long tradition and culture of wine and food, it was decided to renovate the hotel, from the rooms to the common spaces, while maintaining one common thread: wine.
Leveraging the hotel's network, 112k was raised with a Crowdfunding campaign to support the financial investment.

Charming Hotel al Torchio

The analysis conducted provided managers with the tools needed to open the hotel by positioning themselves correctly on online portals and using the technological means best suited to a facility of this size and characteristics.

Automation and Smart Hospitality

6532 Smart Hotel Castione

At the request of the property, we performed the analysis to identify the best "tech stack" for the 6532 Smart Hotel in Castione, Ticino, Switzerland.

After identifying the technological architecture, we implemented all systems and their respective integrations to start a fully automated facility. Through the Smartphone, guests can manage their entire customer journey from booking to room access, from payment to check-out.

Executive Diploma in Hospitality
Director of E-Commerce

Organizing, managing admissions and teaching the Executive Diploma in Hospitality Director of E-Commerce continuing education course in cooperation with Hotel & Gastro Union.
During the continuing education course lasting a total of 16 days, participants learn how to position and sell an accommodation facility and its services online, with the goal of increasing revenue in the long run.
