Positioning and Concept Study

From the earliest stages of analysis, we led the transformation of the Conca Bella in Vacallo into the first Wine Hotel in Ticino.
Taking advantage of the long tradition and culture of wine and food, it was decided to renovate the hotel, from the rooms to the common spaces, while maintaining one common thread: wine.
Leveraging the hotel's network, 112k was raised with a Crowdfunding camapaign to support the financial investment.
